Welcome to Loved, Actually.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit lovedactually.com.au, use our website, or purchase products from Loved, Actually. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Products and availability
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Products may be limited in quantity and may be discontinued or changed without notice.
Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your cart. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an error in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, or another issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Please check your order and delivery details carefully before submitting your purchase.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment is processed using the payment options available through our Shopify store.
Shipping
Loved, Actually currently ships within Australia.
Shipping rates, dispatch information and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays.
Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy or any other Loved, Actually policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Consumer guarantee rights apply automatically and cannot be removed by store terms or policies.

Unless otherwise stated, the Loved, Actually name, branding, artwork, designs, photographs, written content, downloadable materials and other original content on this website belong to Loved, Actually or are used with permission.
You may use purchased products and freely provided resources for your personal use.
You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit our website content, products, artwork or downloadable materials without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website is powered by Shopify and may use other third-party services to provide functions such as payments, email communication and delivery.
We may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.
Loved, Actually is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Loved, Actually. Shopify is not the seller of Loved, Actually products.
